It is difficult for me to drink plain water also but I will because you need to. Have him try some Powerade Zero's. My wife got them for me and I love them. She makes the best tea in the world but that is what I drink if I am not drinking her tea. LOL!

I hate it when someone take up all the machines whether it is an eliptical or treadmill and walk at a snails pace for only 10min and leave acting like they did something. Stay at home in the bed if you are not there for a purpose.

In true honesty whether you are black or white it is important to stay healthy because when you're overweight it will affect anybody or any race! So lets all stick together on being healthy and in shape and hopefully that will keep any negative thoughts away!

My wife "ladyzumba" is on her with me but she is more dedicated than me! If i had to be honest it keeps me in line to try and stay in shape!

I am 50/50 depending what day of the week it is. During the week I mostly stay in my calories and the weekend is where they help out. (pk&sk)

Buy a gym membership! What I have notice from anyone I know to purchase a piece of workout equipment including myself it turns into a coat rack or taking up space collecting dust. Going to the gym gives you more choices and motivation seeing others working out encourages you. Having the choice to be at home with your bed…

Eating right is the necessary thing to do but cardio helps you stay energized and excited about your day which will make you feel good and helped you lose weight! Both go hand and hand because after cardio you want to eat right! (pk&sk)

Morning workouts are always the best! Gets ur day started right I think a second workout is good sometime but not alot because your body need time to refill.

I agree! Crunches are better than situps to me. To much back work. To add a workout maybe add some 6 inches off the ground with legs straight out.

Cardio does not make you fat but is is good tool to incorporate weight lifting with it to lose weight and gain muscle! COME ON YALL! lol.
