Once I hit the goal, I'm either getting a Nook or a tattoo. Or maybe both, haha! I've had the tattoo planned for a while ("I promise." written in typewriter font on the inside of my right wrist), so if I make it a goal reward, maybe I'll get there faster!

I use the Tools to Keep You Active website, it lets me log the bike rides and my walking, and shows me where I would be on a Trans American ride. Love it! <3

Mine does that all the time, I blame my hair, haha. I use the scale at my house to make sure I stay pretty much on track, but at the school is a proper medical scale, and I use that for my weekly weigh in. When in doubt, go with the lighter reading, because even if it's wrong, you feel awesome!

I meditate just before I go to sleep at night, and I also walk slowly, instead of the normal pace I would go at. It forces me to relax and just slow everything down.

Way to go! It's an awesome feeling to suddenly notice the difference made! (As a side, lunges make your butt epic! I fence, and even the guys in our group have gorgeous butts, lol!)

Chocolate or pasta. Haven't given it up, I just eat about half a candy bar, or pay attention to the serving sizes on the pasta now. :)

A Nook for me! I was going to get a tattoo, but since I want to get the words "I promise" on my wrist, I think it may serve as a better reminder than a reward.

A cup of papaya every day is supposed to help, too. I lose more weight when I eat it, I've noticed, but I'm not sure if that's a placebo effect or not, and it can be hard to get in my area.

Bandana under the helmet, it helps hold in the heat, and the tighter 'liner' gloves are nice, there's room to layer that way. :)

I'm in the same boat as you- it doesn't help that there's a bakery at my work, and they leave free cakes and cookies in the break room. XP I started eating apples and grapes every time I wanted something sweet. I figure if I'm not hungry enough to eat a piece of fruit, I'm not hungry enough to nom on the cake. The…

I replaced all my junkfood with fruit, and had the same issue you're having, so now I keep avacados, granola, and protein bars around for when I'm way under.
