I am married....we don't have any kids, my wife is pregnant but she is vevry supportive. For the most part she has always been the one that tries to eat healthier. I do it by just being EXTREMELY aware of what I am eating. That means no junk food snacking or any kind of cakes or any fast food. and Also drinking nothing but water and a little milk here and there. I was unable to finish the First Workout either. I tried really hard. So hard in fact I threw up after wards, that hasn't happen since though.

I ahve been doing them with a chair .....the problem is that the ghouse we live in now is an older hom,e so the doorways are narrower and shorter....also when I am standing flat footed my head almost hits the bar, it's just hard to get the right angle with what I have.

I am thingking to switching to the band and wrapping around the pull up bars I have and doing it that way....thats one of the variations they people on the workout do..... My realistic goal is that by the time I start my second 90 days I can do the pull ups!

My cousin and his wife just had a baby, His wife is always so sweet. He told me she was pretty rough in the delivery room though! My wife on the other hand can get pretty worked up over nothin, so I'm a little scared! :bigsmile:

the P90X Program is by far the best workout routine I have ever done. Not just the best at home program, but the best PERIOD! It is very tough though and requires a lot of dedication. If you follow the program it's 6 days a week for an hour a day. At first I was kind of worried , but after my first workout I was hooked!!…

I do the P90X program and there is a day where you have Kenpo karate, I couldn't find those set of particualr excerises in the list, but I did find regular karate. And for an hour it was something like 1100 calories.....If you have ever done the Kenpo workout that is very believable!
