I am about to start my 4th week of P90X and I am struggling with the pullups. Even back in the days when I used to lift pretty frequently and was in agood shape I have always struggled with pullups. She's doing good......We're still in the phase that we're trying to adjust to the fact that we're going to be having a child. We just found out two days ago at the doctors office, so it's all coming kind of fast, but I'm loving every minute of it!

How much you lose also depnedns on your resting metabolic rate( how many calories you body burns on a normal basis). If you have been really changing your diet and excerise routine for over a month then you have probaly just ignited your metabolism!

I have a similair problem with one of ym knees. It's an old sports injury that after a while of excerise it starts to hurt me. It's worth the money to spend a little extra on a good pair of supportive shoes. Just running shoes won't cut it because they usually don't have the type of support that is needed. ANy kid of…

If you really have no time what so ever to workout, then I suggest you drastically change your eating habits. I have a friend that his new years goal was to lose weight, but since I have known him he has never worked out. He has cut out all breads and cokes and fast food. For the most part it teaches you good practices to follow. I've done this twice and each time I lost about 15-20 lbs.
