Don’t stop snacking, just do it smart. Make your dinner a little smaller to save some calories for later and then you can have a healthy snack a couple of hours before bed. Think lean protein or veggies.

I think Valentines day is for friends too; and if she watches your house for you when you're gone, she's a friend, even if you aren't really close. I don't see any harm in giving her some flowers and just saying you appreciate her being a great neighbor.

Oh, just though of another. I like the tubs of pre-made manwich sloppy joe with the meat already in it. A 1/4 cup is only 70 calories and 3 grams of fat, you get a whole serving of veggies, and yum!
