Also dito! Find something that you enjoy and can stick with! I love lifting so do that, with plenty of walking, yoga and HIIT x3 a week.

32F here and I use a Shock Absorber too, they make them for different activity levels, I got a "run" one as it has the most support. Try plenty on and jump up and down in the changing room to check for bounce

I'm on Basic Training 1 and doing a mix of the Level 1 & 2 exercises at the moment. Like Sunshine I'm enjoying doing different versions and "simpler" lifts, looking forward to getting to the Hypertrophy and Strength stages, but enjoying getting there too  I have yet to "supercharge" maybe another day...........

Hey ladies :drinker: I completed my 4B workout of Basic Training 1 this morning, and I am really loving Supercharged, I did NROL4W last year (before I had to quit my gym), rejoined a gym a few months ago and started Stronglifts - which I couldn't get on with! The shift back to 15 reps has been really difficult, but I am…

:drinker: What a true gentleman you are *tear* :flowerforyou: I did a little snort at "unit"

I have my activity set to lightly active to cover the walking I do everyday with my dog, usually about an 1/1 and a half each day. If we go for a big hike then I log it. If you have your activity level set to sedentary then I would log the walking, but upping your activity levels in your settings would be better IMO. I…

That is beautiful

I wear both, I am VERY short sighted and have hard gas permeable lenses, which take a long time to get used to. It is so much easier/more comfortable working out in contacts, don't know what I'd do without them! I do like having the option to switch it up though, and if my eyes get tired or gritty I stick my glasses on (or…

More crazy logic!! I don't like the billion "hotttt or noooootttt" threads, so do you know what I do I don't look at them. Winner!

Ah Friday full of win :drinker: :drinker: :drinker:

I have lost one...... Gone from a 32FF to a 32F with 35lbs lost, I got to goal (and then gained a bit) and even then they were the same size. Just destined to have giant norks I guess.

YES! My boyfriend thinks I am mental, but he has learned to separate things eg. not put my beans ON my toast. I also have to add my gravy a little a time so I can control the sogginess factor.

So sorry, my family lost 2 of our springer spaniels to cancer (mother and daughter), was heart breaking especially as I had known the daughter since before she was born. You are doing the right thing in giving her a great last few days and enjoying this time with her. :flowerforyou:

One of my ex boyfriends was 6'3" (I am 5'3") and we used to weigh about the same, I may well have been heavier at some points! He was very skinny (and struggled to gain weight) I am was fat  He had no issues about my weight/size at all. If you want to lose weight and get healthy always do it for you, he clearly…

*books plane tickets* Woot! Weight loss here I come!

Pizza. Comfort eating. Not exercising. For me there wasn't a single moment, that sparked my gain, it was a slow creep up!
-
Pacific Rim it was ****ing awesome!
-
Yep, I find the prospect of having to talk to someone else while exercising VERY off putting!

Check out New Rules of Lifting for Women or Supercharged (doing the latter myself at the moment) has various stages to teach you about lifting, develop strength, has HIIT workouts for weight loss, nutrition etc. and won't cost hundreds of dollars!

Sat at work, was up at 5:30am to get myself to the gym. Had a nice workout and looking forward to a beer in the sunshine later! I hope you who need sleep get it! :flowerforyou:

Especially after dead lift day :blushing:
-
If it comes from bacon, no.
-
I do HIIT at the end of my lifting session 3x a week, walk my dog at least twice a day, and do a couple of pub shifts a week too (they can be a real workout depending on how busy we are! )
-
Totally agree!
-
That is rubbish timing! But I agree rest up and take care of yourself
-
True fact. Try not to go wild on the take out at 3am........... Even though it is SO good at the time  Your local book store will have a load of student cook books when it is "back to school" time!
-
Use "circuit training" was pretty accurate for me!
-
When I workout at the gym I don't really pay attention to what anyone else is doing! I am too focused on what I am doing, the only people I interact with are the people who I need to - to get on equipment/use weights etc. Just go in get your workout done and leave! Oh I still have very wobbly bits too  edit to add -…

Same here! I don't log if I have a couple of lettuce leaves on my sandwich, but beyond that I log it all. My salads can get pretty epic
