Since I was a kid, I have loved Cheez-its, the real thing. My son recently wanted me to buy him a box, and I told him I was afraid I couldn't control myself. He said that he would let me have one at the end of the box, that way I wouldn't be able to eat the whole thing. What a guy!

I think if it does fit it into your caloric intake, it should be okay. I try not to deprive myself completely of the food I like, because losing weight is all about self control. I ate half of a large pepperoni pizza the other night. I had burned a lot of calories that day, and felt like I could have eaten the whole thing! I stopped because I was feeling embarrassed, not because I was full, and I think somebody else wanted some!

My kitchen is never closed, partly due to the fact that my son eats constantly. I try not to join him, and don't eat too late, because I can't sleep too well with a full stomach.

I have ALWAYS loved bike riding, and try to ride 20 miles every time I go out. I ride a lot of hills, so I think that is an added bonus. And it's fun!!! I feel better if I skip a day, though, so I walk 3 - 4 miles alternately. Hope you enjoy it!

Sounds like you're doing everything right. I agree with the lady who said riding a bike uphill. I live near a park where I ride frequently, and it is very hilly. I'm pretty partial to bike riding, but i do think it is probably the best for a tight bottom!

My husband has that and a friend who is a nurse practitioner suggested that when sleeping at night, my husband pull his foot forward. I'm not sure if there's anything you can buy, but my husband uses an ace bandage and pulls it that way. It might be helping a little, he has only just started.

I never see it as wasting calories; I'm usually pretty hungry when I get up! I couldn't go without breakfast, and since I am a morning exerciser, I need some fuel!

I try to eat all of my calories, but if it's too late in the evening I might not. I can't sleep very well with food on my stomach!
