hahahaha! Im adding you. No, I don't weigh my food....Nor do I measure what coming out the other end. lol I estimate, and usually over estimate I think. Since christmas, Ive lost about 12lbs, but about 5 of that was due to 2 bad weeks due to health issues.

I'm the aforementioned BFF :) I just started my second week. Week one - down 2.5lbs and 7" combined total from chest, waist hips butt and thighs. Energy level is increased as well. It's not for everyone. Especially if you enjoy the act of eating. For me, it's a blessing. I hate shopping for lunch foods and always skipped…
