Yes... you should absolutely tell your partner or spouse to loose weight and be healthier. Your partner should be supportive, encourageing and help you meet your goals and vs. versa. i like comfy clothes... loose tees, layered tanks and and some yoga pants or those dry fit pants that nike makes. I also know that OldNavy sells a dry wick line of active wear... i just bought a pair of compression kapris there that are kinda nice. Girl just wear what your comfortable in... :)

nope... we pool the money and resources together to get what we need. I have control of the kitchen except on nacho night... and most of the time it doesnt matter as long as we stay in budget for groceries.

Try seated lateral pulls (@ gym the lateral pulldown machine)... light weights 30 - 40lbs. Toning your lats will sculpt the V that you want to create in your back down to your waist. You could also try a seated upright lateral fly posistion with light hand weights to isolate the area of your upper back.

I plan my weekends the same way I do my weekdays. I work out in the morining before my weekend schedule and at least do a 1 hour work out. I plan my meals ahead of time so I stick to my calorie allowance. Its a lifestyle change so my weekends should fall in line with the weekday routine.

Usually I dont eat the extra calories I gain from working out. Sometimes after a work out feel like I need to replace some of the calories I have earned becuase I know they are there. I usually will eat a fruit or 8 oz. of whey protien shake to curb the craving or water.

Thanks again, does anyone know how to measure your bodyfat from your measurements? I bought a scale at target that measures the BMI as well as the weight. It works pretty well... the measurement matches what my trainer came up with.
