  • Lots of great ideas, and congratulations!! I'm not there yet, but the loose skin i'm seeing is staring to bother me. Going to start the gym and strengthening and hopefully that helps.
  • I found something on Pinterest that helped kee me going in the beginning. It said something about taking 4 weeks for you to notice, 8 weeks for friends and family and 12 weeks for everyone else. It was right about 10 weeks for me when co workers and the "everyone else" started.

  • a few weeks ago i had "believe" (my profile pic) tattooed on my wrist. it is not only helpful now as i am still on the journey, but it will serve as a reminder once i get to my goal to believe in myself and what i have accomplished.
