I'm still at the beginning of my journey - but I'm averaging about 1500 calories a day. I'm waiting for the nice weather (and opening of our pool) to start exercising, at which point the plan is to not eat the exercise cals back, but we'll see. I've been losing exactly the way I would like 1-1.5 per week :)

I'm just starting out....5 weeks in, 1500 calories per day and not watching my macros and no exercise. I've lost almost 12 lbs now. I do plan on adding exercise soon.

I usually have half an avocado a week.......sooo yummy! High in fat, but so healthy for you. It has so many health benefits...including (but not limited to) cancer prevention and eye and heart health. It's a superfood. Ever since I read about how many health benefits it has, I started incorporating it into my diet.

I boil and mash mine only because it's the only way my kids will eat them, so I'm good with that. We usually have them about twice per week - yummy!

Amazing - Congrats! You had a similar starting weight as mine and the same goal. It gives me inspiration that maybe next time this year I can be there too :)
