I don't eat back mine unless there is a REALLY big deficit. Am I wrong? I agree totally with you about the diabetic part of it....no arguments there at all...still I say it depends on what you eat....a bowl of cereal, oatmeal, a SNACK, sure.....what I meant was having a big Mac combo and going to bed....

Your heart needs a rest at bedtime, that's why you sleep. It's very dangerous to put your heart through all that work, it's like overtime for your system. Very bad idea....2 hours - not so bad....but of curse it depends on what it is...

take a water break, juice up the ipod with some great tunes, you go longer with better beats.... I go 35 mins but I always gotta stop and take a drink or put it on a fast walk for 2 mins....listen to your body.

Meth is illegal, maybe it has some amphetamine-like substances in it.....Be careful...I was on prescription Meridia for a year and felt like I was having heart-attacks all the time....and surprise! They banned it.
