Good question.. I guess first off.. did you automatically set your MFP cals to 1300 or is that what it gave you when you said you wanted to lose X-amount of lbs in a week? Im not sure how to answer this.. I have typed out a few responses, but then felt stupid after reading it. I believe that FitBit goes off an average of…

It is kind of like when you set up your MFP, it asked whether you wanted to lose 1 lb, 1.5 lbs, 2 lbs, etc a week ... -500/day calorie deficit will put you on track to lose 1 lbs a week, -750/day deficit would amount to 1.5 lbs a week, -1000/day would amount to 2 lbs a week. Some people set their goals up the same for both…

This was a blanket statement, not directed at anyone in general, sorry you thought it was an attack on you. I know all about a hectic schedule and I am still able to cook food in the time I have, if not, I have a slow cooker that can do it for me. I am thinking this was a topic that was piggybacked off another topic where…

THANK YOU!!! Seriously... its about being too lazy to cook for yourself, not that you cannot afford it.. cooking from scratch is not that hard...

I guess for me.. the way I overcame the anxiety was thinking I am not actually going alone.. there will be other people there. In my experience they are very encouraging and happy to have new people in the classes. Very welcoming. I just recently joined a Zumba class, went alone, and loved it and the people are very nice.…

I am really pleased with my HR.. I have actually started losing weight again since I switched from my Flex to Charge HR.. I was stalled at the same weight for several weeks/almost 2 months. And when I went to the dr and the nurse took my heart rate, she said my Fitbit was spot on.. of course that was resting heart rate, so…

I havent read most of the responses here, but here is my two cents... I think that it is cheaper to buy healthier stuff in some instances. I can get a bag of frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts for around $5-$7 depending on if they are on sale, and that can make multiple meals..Or I look at what meat is on sale,…

Waste of money. Once you quit using it you immediately gain back all the weight. Also, Not worth the $$$. I would suggest using the money you are thinking about investing in Plexus for a better tool like an HRM or new workout shoes/clothes or any other equipment (weights, treadmill, eliptical, home gym, etc etc) that is…
