Build a new house exactly how I want it. Then buy my husband an all original 1969 Charger (Dukes of Hazzard car, his dream car). Then invest in my childrens college education, my son wants to play for Alabama Crimson Tide.. that school is pricey. After that.. probably put it in savings.

I agree with both posts above mine.. I do Just Dance quite a bit for workouts, but I have not seen where it posts the burns on there, but my guess would be that it estimates quite high as well. Before I got my FitBit HR I used to log it under Dancing in MFP.

Sorry was responding on my phone so I see that it mistyped one of my words. Never should be "become".

Because your day does not rest until midnight. Even if you sleep for the remainder of your day you still burn calories just by breathing. Fitbit is estimating what it thinks you will have burned for the whole entire 24 hours based on your previous history. So therefore it estimates how many more calories you can eat to…

I made this for dinner but subbed some lower fat ingredients.. It was Amazing!! Thank you so much.

I thought this too as I am on a low fat diet per Dr's orders until they figure out if my Gall Bladder is failing.. I almost think you could substitute light string cheese, it just wouldnt have the peppers in it. An not sure about fat content in the bread crumbs, but Panko breadcrumbs are either no fat or low fat, I cannot…

2030 is your daily burn.. if you want to lose weight you need to eat less than that.. 2030 would be your maintenance calories. -500 would have you losing 1 lbs a week. -750 would be 1.5 lbs a week.. didnt you post about your fitbit on another thread and I explained that you have to set your goals on your fitbit dashboard…

Thanks for all the ideas. I currently just find mine on Pinterest, but i am going to check these out as well.

Plexus and It Works.. Especially the It Works body wrap.. I mean seriously that is ridiculous and extremely temporary considering it only lasts a day or 2 Anything that is not sustainable really. If it is a pill, drink, or some other quick fix that the minute you give it up and go back to your old ways then you gain the…

Yes, I think this is correct.. I think MFP does the daily prediction based on your history.

The difference between setting it for sedentary vs lightly active is that MFP will start your day off with a little more calories. You may see FitBit taking away some calories at first thing in the morning if you have enabled negative calorie adjustments, but as you become more active throughout the day you will start…

I had this same issue.. Did you actually set up your goals in the FitBit Dashboard?? Like did you tell it you wanted to lose 1 lbs per week (-500 cals/day, 1.5 lbs per week (-750 cals/day, etc)?? IF you did not set up that you wanted to lose weight then it will only go by your maintenance or actual calories burned in a day…

https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Third-Party-Integrations/MyFitnessPal-negative-calorie-adjustment/m-p/488132#U488132 Not sure if this will help you.. but it says to go to your exercise log on MFP from a computer, click the little blue circle with the letter "i" and a box will pop up with an explanation of how it adjusts..…
