I do it twice all the time. One time somehow doesn't seem enough. Then again, I'm not a beginner to strength/circuit training. I do it with 8lb weights. I could go higher but anterior raises are hard for me with anything more than 8lb dumbbells. Listen to your body and stop if you're really uncomfortable to avoid injuries.

You should try bidding for dresses on ebay. I've bought some fantastic party dresses (non-trashy looking) retailing for $80-$100 for $10-$15 on there.

I was thrilled last week because I found wiiiiide calf-length boots at Payless. Wide enough to fit my non-skinny jeans along with my fat calves! They didn't look half bad either! My calves only fit into Walmart and Payless boots :(

If you are so tired of seeing people like this, you have a choice to not look at/ignore/delete/avoid them. Everyone learns what is good for them after a whole lot of trials and errors. Most people are at different stages of finding out what works for them. Please don't be judgemental of people that don't follow YOUR plan.

When I was a kid, I used to eat 4 times what I eat now and my bones used to stick out because I was so skinny. Now I look at food and sprout a double chin. So al though I still eat cheese, I eat very little of it.

See its negative calories. Your body has to work to bring all that ice to body temperature and that needs calories. So subtract 10 cals per ice cube! Actually you should eat ice cubes all day and eat whatever you want. The calories will cancel themselves out.

I tried it barefoot yesterday and didn't have any pain at all. Usually with shoes on, the pain can get pretty bad after a few seconds of cardio, but barefeet seems to be helping.
