  • I'm 5"8.5 and aiming for 130lbs. I got to 132lbs last week, but now probably more like 138 again... Started at 165lbs in October. it seems harder to resist cake the closer you get to your goal!
  • I would like to know this too! I normally try and do 24 crunches, 36 reverse crunches, at least 30 secs plank, 50 squats holding textbooks, and 18 pushups (measley I know) a day before I shower. I'm not sure how much good they do though...
