I am pretty sure that my fitness this week was not where it should have been. I will kick it in gear and make this week better. My activity has a lot to be desired. I have so many things in and out of the apartment to do. I just need to get off my tush and get it done. I know I will feel better when I do. Thats my 2 cents…

I wish there were people in here that live in my area (Greenville TX)...so we could walk together. Pass the word around, maybe I will find someone to walk with when possible.

My goal this week is to get in 5 days of activity. I walked the treadmill yesterday for 20 min. I'm planning to do Yoga and swimming from 8-11 today. We will see if I stick to my guns! Have a week full of accomplished goals everyone!
