Completely disagree with you. They compete against other teams/individuals...Each takes physical training and skill. If you think about it every sport is judged somehow.

The only time that cell phones annoy me is when I am in my gym's movie room. There is a no cell phone sign outside the room because people go in there to do cardio and watch a movie on the big screen. Some people come in and talk on their cell phones and have to scream into the phone because the movie is loud... drives me…

I have my belly button, tragus, and the normal ear piercings. I did have my nose pierced, but I took that out.

I do within reason. I look at the labels more than I would have. I usually weigh my options. Is this really worth all the calories and do I really want it that bad? If I do eat something that is fattening and puts me over on calories and fat I'll work out more...

I felt the same way for the longest time. Take a break from what you're currently doing. Maybe change your exercise routine up a bit. I noticed that when I was strength training with my trainer I was losing inches, but not pounds. Once I added more cardio I started losing the lbs. Good luck!

My co-worker used it and it did nothing for her.
