Not trying to be sarcastic or anything, but how can you say that adding those crystal light packets can still be considered water when I believe they either have low calories or are artifically sweetened? Unsweetened iced tea is calorie free.

Thanks for the response! I went for three sessions and enjoyed every minute of it. I did find myself to be less hungry while I was going, but it's just so darn expensive to go. I was only paying $35 a session because I went to a school, but it adds up.
