You can create your own workout name. You're only going to get accurate calories burned if you get a heart rate monitor. I know that I burn an average of 258 for 30 day shred level 1 with my heart rate monitor

Awesome ideas!! Thanks!

haha oh!
-
NJ here!!
-
you are out of your target heart rate zone...
-
I don't think pedometers are useful to count your calories burned as it does not calculate your heart rate. I suggest getting a Heart Rate Monitor with a chest strap to get accurate calories burned. Polar is a great brand. I have one and love it. Good luck with your weight loss journey!

I don't think so at all...My elliptical actually has a fan built in.
-
I def think there's sugar in it...but it does pretty much sound on point.
-
This is what I do sometimes as it still has that yolky flavor to it even though I'm only using 1. But I do like eggwhites by themselves as well.
-
Time to get a heart rate monitor! lol...sorry I can't help you with how to log it as I've never done it...Good Luck
-
So I've struck out at Target, Walmart, Kohls, and Nike! Very frustrating ugh
-
I enter it in as 30 Day Shred-Level 1...I burn approx 255 calories for Level 1. You may want to invest in a HRM to be more accurate
-
Neither is really all that accurate as you don't usually keep your hands on the sensors 100% of the time while exercising and MFP tends to over estimate. You should invest in a HRM with chest strap to get the most accurate reading.
-
I have the Polar F6, which I think was replaced by the Polar Ft7. I absolutely love my HRM. Definitely invest in one! It is probably one of the best things that you'll invest in during your weight loss journey!

I have sleepy time extra tea that has it in it! It is awesome!!

Thanks!! You too...

I'm 5'1" and I'm shooting for 125-135. It's gonna take some time, but I know I can get there!
-
Me too!

I've heard that Cinnaman does aid in weight loss. I've also heard that either Chili powder or Cayenne pepper helps as well.
-
I added it to my water that I drank at the gym this morning! Yay!!
-
Not a lot of space at all!! Just make sure you have weights and if your doing it on a hard surface a yoga mat. I am on day 2 of level 1 and it kicks my beehind, but I love it!!
-
Just be careful because there was a thing a little while ago that their "Weight Watchers Menu" wasn't really so weight watcherish. The calories, fat, etc was waaaaaaaaaaaay off.
-
This also confuses me...

I have George Foreman Indoor/Outdoor Grill...I do find it annoying that you can't submerge the plates in water, but it is still easy enough to clean as you can just push everything to the drip tray. It cleans pretty well. I haven't found any other grills that have that large of a surface. Here's the link to the one I…

Maybe it's set at a % rather than your heart rate. I know that I changed my setting on my Polar to reflect a % rather then my actual heart rate.
-
Get a Polar!! I swear by mine!
-
I am not a Dr, but those are some symptoms of thyroid problems...I'd check with your dr though
-
So I ordered Coconut Oil pills from www.puritans.com where I get all my vitamins...We'll give it a shot!
-
I think that I am going to try it in capsule form...
-
I have the Polar F6
