Search 'lifting' in the groups section, you will find a bunch of groups and people dedicated to lifting, strength training, healthy eating, and gaining muscle to friend! Hope that helps :)

I'm on public trans everyday at least twice a day and always give up my seat for elderly, pregnant, or someone with kids. It's just the right thing to do. That guy seems like an idiot for even thinking, let alone asking if he should start something with an old lady over a seat.

I just got mine a few months ago and love it. They have a huge assortment of K cups, which, most often, are just regular coffees and teas so they should be just fine for you. Just watch the labels and anything labeled Indulgent has a few more calories than the rest.

Hi, I'm a newbie to NROF, starting tomorrow. I've lost 27lbs so far on MFP, but I definitely need to boost up my strength exercises. I read through the book and some of the exercises do look really intimidating, so I will definitely be relying on this thread for some how to support!

I am 6ft tall and have been with men who are shorter than me or are my height. I would like someone taller, but generally whatever his height is, it doesn't really bother me.
