I'm 5'2" also. I started working out about an hour a day too in January, mostly cardio (Insanity.) It took 2&1/2 weeks before the scale moved at all, but I was already noticeably losing inches (yay!) After the 3rd week I started losing about 1lb every week &1/2, so just keep at it. I think you're doing fine. :)

I may have only lost 7lbs since January, but today I had to take off my shorts because they were literally falling off my butt, when a few months ago they were too tight. Whenever I'm feeling in a rut, even just for a couple days, I try to remind myself how awesome I feel after a workout. It's like natural drugs, those endorphins. Eventually I do it & I'm like "aww yeah I feel amazing!" & then I'm usually pumped for the next day.

Definitely not envious, no matter what shape I may or may not have been in. Why would I as a female be envious of a male's body? And skinny guys... or guys who want to be skinny guys by unhealthy means (manorexic) is not attractive. Lift more or eat more, or both. Unhealthy by fault is not sexy.

I decided to start running too. I'm going to start next week & use C25K (Couch to 5K) since so many people seem to have enjoyed it, & I looked it up & it seems really feasible to me. At my heaviest I was only eating about 800-1,000 calories a day. I'm glad I stopped listening to my doctor & took matters into my own hands & GOT HEALTHY! And off all those crappy meds they were trying to shove down my throat.

I have more weight to lose than you (still can't believe I got passed 150) but I'm 5'2" and my goal weight is 110. I was 100-115 most of my adult life since I've been a dancer minus the past few years, so I think it's feasible.
