Way to go on your decision!! I quit for my 42 birthday. Aug. 7, 2011 I woke up a non smoker not one since that day. Someone above me posted about quitnow.com I highly recommend them. They were a big help to me. You can do it. Be strong and take it one craving at a time. If you need support please feel free to add me!!!

I got a HRM also, so I take the machine #, the HRM #, and the MFP # and get an avg. Seemed the most honest thing.

Hey all, as of today I have lost 1lbs since my last weigh in (every Tues) BUT more importantly I lost 7 inches since my last measurement 2/10/12!!!! WOOT WOOT!!! Come on everybody DANCE WIT ME!!!!! <<DANCING>>>

OMGOSH!! it is like you were mirroring me this week! I had the EXACT same thing happen. My trainer told me not to worry about the scale at the dr office because that is not the one I usually weigh in on. Keep to the same scale that way up or down you know that's what YOU did. Don't switch scales!!! Best of luck!!!
