  • I've done it before, but I was nearly at goal anyway at that point. So I didn't really lose any weight at all, but I could definitely tell my strength was improved, and my fitness too. It's a great all round program. It doesn't burn that many calories, but you can always do two back to back to up that figure if you want…
  • I'd be getting a 2 (I have one), but wait and see what the announcement has to say. I highly doubt there will be talk of another new iPad, but it might be wise to see. I'm typing this on my iPad now. Love it!
  • That sounds wonderful. I'll have to save this recipe!
  • I'm about to receive my NordicTrack T8.0 treadmill here in Australia and looking into getting the iFit Live module. It sounds brilliant. But it's very expensive here! $199 RRP - just over $200 USD. I think I will get it, but it seems there are really only a couple of places that sell it here, and none will a great discount…
  • Australia - Melbourne to be precise.
  • I'm 159cm and have honestly never truly felt it has made any difference to how I'm treated. It's just hard when I try to reach things up high.
  • I'm still wearing my chest strap even though I worked out three hours ago. I should take it off, but I find it really comfortable. I checked some reviews of that Mio Motion, and wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole!
  • The accurate HRMs need you to wear a chest strap to get the full picture of your heart rate going up and down throughout the course of your exercise session. I have a Polar FT60 and really find the strap quite comfortable actually!
  • That's got to be km/h not miles, right? I jog about 10km/h to 11km/h, and cool down by walking from 7.5km/h down to about 6km/h depending on my mood.
  • I have a Polar HRM and it's awesome - it helps to motivate me to do my exercise and to try to maintain or increase my usual pace. As for recording it, I don't usually use the diary but I'm starting to, so I made a custom exercise of 1 calorie per minute. Then I just record the number of calories as minutes and that gives…
  • I did it recently and lost no weight because I'm pretty much where I want to be. But it was wonderful for strength. I plan to do it again shortly but I only expect it to increase my strength again because I focus mainly on cardio exercises as a general rule. The weights are wonderful in this series.
