i originally needed to lose about 120ish. im down to 87 til im at my goal weight.

here is definitely a great place to get motivation! the main thing is to just take every day a day at a time. progress can come slow, but every bit lost all adds up. also, portion control is key. way to go for wanting to get started again! good luck to you on your weight loss! :smile:

i used to drink them everyday.. pretty much all day.. but now, i drink more water. i have a diet soda once/twice a month.. i usually just have one when i want something fizzy, and just having one every so often fixes that.

dont have 1000 cals a day! I've basically had around a little over a thousand - 1200- a little more some days, and my body has gone into starvation mode i guess. yours will do the same if you have so few cals. have at least 1200 a day.

most days i eat less than it tells me. it says i should be having 1480 cals. but generally i have a little over a thousand - 1300. ive only gone over 1480 2 times since being back on my diet for almost 2 1/2 months. Also, it depends how many calories you burn off, if you burn 500+ then you should definitely eat back some…

hey! advice I have is to watch your sodium. Don't drink a lot of soda (even if it's diet). Allow yourself a free day once a week or once every other week or so to avoid binge eating. Drink water. Also, take it a day at a time! Good luck to you on your weight loss! :smile:

Welcome! i think the calorie goal they give you is too much (in my opinion). It's saying I should have over 1,500 cals a day. But, I WON'T eat that much in a day. You are supposed to have at least 1,200 a day. I generally have either a little less or a little more than 1,200. But, I try really hard not to go over 1,400,…

Glad you feel so motivated! I do,too! I actually want to push myself harder. I feel even better when I'm losing more. Stay focused and the b day party, but still have fun! You can do it!
