those things are killer!! Main thing for me, is just eating because i was bored/ sad. emotional eating. Luckily, I haven't done that in a while, mostly because i won't eat after 8:30pm. Also, mostly only eating junk food/ unhealthy food and drinking lots of soda.

i'm very cautious with portion sizes. I am careful about how much sodium I have daily. I don't drink soda anymore. I drink more water.

soda in general isn't good for you. diet or not. its the artificial sweeteners in it and other chemicals that aren't good for you. it's best to limit how much soda you have.
