There are many things I can eat but choose not to. Keeping the carbs balanced and sometimes low. And, keeping the activity level high so there is always a deficit. Worked well enough to get to goal weight and will likely keep me there.

In actual fact the only thing it may have to do with weight loss is that it might make it more difficult to lose weight, if that is the primary goal. It will help with water retention and muscle development. But those things are usually associated with weight gain, not usually weight loss.

Reduce carb intake increase protein intake. Not sure of your weight or goals but with only 60, if you are active and perhaps are starting strength training, you can go to .7 to 1 g of protein for each pound of lean body mass. good luck.:smile:
