I do. I also take a B6. When I go a few days w/o it, I can tell a difference. I feel sluggish, and don't want to do much. Just thinking about working out gets me tired.

I actually have over a year of recording my food, most times I don't do it on the weekend is all. And most days when you see I'm low on the calories is because I forgot to put in my dinners... =/ bad on my part.
