The number one culprit for me is depression. I suffer from major depression, and when the bouts are bad, so is the desire to eat. Grocery shopping or checking out the latest recipes in a magazine just prior to meals doesn't promote an 'undesire' to eat either...:wink: Tracy

Easier said then done, but try not to. It's usually able to be done with a laprascope(sp?) (opposed to larger incision), and is a day surgery. I went in first thing and was home by 2pm.
