I have that same issue. I have a few lumps on the right side on my inner thigh - my left looks really nice and smooth. I asked my dr. about it and she said it's possible that my right leg is a little shorter than my left, so it doesn't worked out as thoroughly as the left. No idea how to fix!

somehow, I've eaten over 100... no dinner yet either. At least I know why I'm not hungry :)

I also had that problem. MFP set me at 1,300 calories a day and I was a grumpy jerkface to everyone around me. I used the TDEE method as well and upped mine to 1,400. The extra 100 calories actually made a HUGE difference. Also, remember to eat back all your exercise calories. This will help too :)

Well seeing as how I'm only on stage one, I'm not sure this will help much BUT it really seems like the most necessary equipment so far is dumbbells and barbells. A swiss ball would be nice to have as well, but you can substitute other workouts (planks etc) for the workouts on the ball. A bench would be helpful too.

Zobo - totally agree with Better. I just started New Rules of Lifting for Women and with that I weight train 3 days per week. On my lifting days I usually run about a mile on the treadmill to warm up. I try and incorporate running at least 2 off days as well in additional to the morning 2ish mile walks I take with my dog.…

I'm always astonished at how much more my food cost "goes up" when I cook at home, but really when I break it down between 2 people, 3 meals a day for 4-5 days it all comes out to be MUCH cheaper than eating out.

Like everyone else on this thread, I always log even if it means having to see that I went over by 500-1,000 calories. What I try and do is save some workout calories from the week so I can have them to use over the weekend. I also log on my phone, makes it really easy and quick!
