I have the fitbit one and i love it. Since it does the steps, stairs and calories burned and sleeping patterns. I like that its slender and i can pretty much wear it on my bra or in the pants pocket or on my pants pocket. I had upgraded from the fitbit zip.

I think for January my goal will be to increase my water and walking time. I seem to be doing well with my calories now its time to put more exercise into it. I seem to be slacking a bit on that. To the new ladies welcome to the group and I'm sure you will enjoy the support and company! :happy:

My goal this week is to not gorge myself to death on food when I have the appetite to eat So much stress in my world right now that I have to force myself to eat. Hopefully everything will get back to normal and I can keep the 4 lbs off that I lost last week.

don't get soo frustrated because you're not seeing fast results. keep looking at the bigger picture and what the results will be in the long run if you stick with it. just keep telling yourself you can do this or you got this. :smile:

I use a protein shake from Walmart that's less than $15 for 2lbs. Its by Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein and they have several different flavors but I prefer the Vanilla.

This is so true and I personally need to keep reminding myself that.
