Hi Gemma. If you're after something quick then try the ten minute solution DVDs. They have 5 or 6 ten min workouts on each, varying in types of exercise. Tae bo DVDs are good too, very tough though!

Thanks for that link. Based on my goals it is giving me 1650 cals a day. That sounds a lot! Did you find it high to begin with? I'm not even sure how to get another 300 cals a day in without feeling stuffed. Maybe I should try doing that on workout days only to begin with? :)

Ok, thanks. I don't really like fish either, so I think I will have to look at the shakes! Is whey protein the best? Do you think it helps with looking 'toned' with exercise? Also, they are quite calorific aren't they, so do you count these calories as you would do with any other food on mfp?

Hi nKittie I'm starting this tomorrow! From what I understand, you just eat normally (with moderation!) on 5 days, and then choose 2 non-consecutive days to eat no more than 500 cals.
