Also cottage cheese....I'm sorry but it sounds gross, I don't even know how to eat it. Do you guys just eat it plain or put it on stuff. I feel ridiculous I actually I have no idea how to eat it. I'm willing to try but would love a recommendation on how to prepare it.

I apparently eat way too much sugar according to MFP but I don't really understand how it is feasibly possible to eat what they recommend. It seems like there is added sugar and natural sugar in everything :(

I am also a vegetarian and can't ever make my macros. I can however (on good days) get over 70 grams which seems like a lot to me (I swear I'll eat beans, and nuts, and eggs, and milk and yogurt and more and I still can't reach anywhere close to 30% protein. For what it's worth I'm a vegetarian of 3 years and I think it's all about motivation. I would second reading Eating Animals and Watching Food Inc. I'm not sure you're going to lose a bunch of weight but it can reduce your cholesterol and saturated fat like woah. I'm in it more for for environmental reasons and love it…
