I work out 3 times a day for 10-20 minutes each time... or thats what i try to do!

I gained 1 pound, not to bad considering how much i ate, think its just i continued to exercise, so it went well :D

my plan is rather boring... Watch some TV and eat skittles ... :) I have done all my exercise today, so i am sorted for a relaxed evening!

I do it after breakfast, after lunch and after dinner, around 10-20 minutes each time... works for me...

Well try mixing them in with foods you like, try a wide variety cooked or raw and see if you can find some more you like and if that doesnt work, then try lower calorie meals and more exercise...

Steam it and put it with vegetables... Mash it up and have it with some pasta.... many ways :)

Brushing teeth... Distracting yourself with activities... Drink water... Eat little snacks like carrot sticks and celery sticks...

I am not a fish person either but I can just about handle tuna, pollock, cod and salmon ... salmon is probably the best!!

I am a vegetarian so I don't eat meat .... But fruit - mmmm apples or kiwi!! Vegetables; I am a major vegetable lover... I eat mostly any vegetable and I couldnt live without most of them!

Laughing cow cheese = MY OBSESSION. I like them; -Plain - On wedges or chips - On Salad - With crackers - Bagels - Cooked vegetables And many other things!!! And for a low calorie bit of tasty cheese its so good :D

I love skittles - 25 g is around 96 calories and i enjoy that so much ...
