i'm with you on that....i had been walking. now i started a little jog and aerobic workouts and no fear i'm gonna break myself....

diet no more.....this wont be a failure....it's all on you and not what someone else is telling you to eat.....i read this from one of my MFP pals....theres no bad food, just bad portion sizes......be sure to log EVERYTHING you put in your mouth and your workouts....don't lie to youself and "forget" to log the high calorie…

nothing wrong with surgery....i got my twins fixed to be identical twins once again....after kids and life and all that nice stuff i totally didn't think twice when my hubby told me yes.....i asked and asked and asked and when he finally said yes i found a dr and got it done before he changed his mind.....
