Are you serious!?! All this time!! I only ever logged it under strength exercises, I just thought it didn't burn calories (I'm dumb, I know.) Well I guess I was only off by a 100 or so calories :bigsmile: You learn something new everyday, right??

You all can judge me and my fiance for this but there is a McDonlads french fry that has been stuck underneath one of our car seats, it's easily from Feb 2011 and you couldn't tell at all, SCARY!!!

I have no shame, I laugh all the time at TV shows, I don't care if anyone is looking/judging. Who is really going to be upset about that? I hate loud talkers too, there are two women I run into every morning and all they do is ***** about thier kids. YES! Slow walkers, Oh my god, do you feel me on your heels!!?? MOVE!

I'd suggest strength training with cardio. You're still young, you'll be amazed how much your body can bounce back. I lost 50 pounds when I was in my early twenties and I don't have that much saggy skin (only some in my arms). I know it's different for everyone but toning while losing is the best way.
