Honestly I am making sure that I am not doing it for anyone other than myself. It is the only way that I have been successful this time around at this point in my life. However, that being said, my MFP friends have truly inspired me recently now that I've gotten started.

Last time I got the Ghar Grilled Chicken Sandwich with Wilbur Beans as a side. Sandwich is 510 calories Wilbur Beans are 150 calories Another option is the Sassy BBQ Chicken Salad (Lunch Portion), no sides - 540 calories It's really hard to come up with something there. :(

No, but my gym has really good machines that detect your heart rate.

I log absolutely everything. Every last bite as best I can. I find that you have to be accountable all the time. No use only trying 4 or 5 days out of the week. What's the point? Even if I'm over, I still have to be held accountable for it. It's 100% or nothing!!
