Haha that is so cute. I would be the same way. Maybe he brought up the story just to get you to say your name to the class - you never know! They probably all felt silly, I bet!

I love my HRM. It helps me so much, too. In some instances I was burning way more than I thought and in other cases I was burning way less. I am glad that now you know exactly what is what and you will be able to adjust accordingly. I'm sure you will be able to get over that evil plateau now! :)

You're welcome! :)

First of all, congratulations on your non scale victory of your ring being too big! Go to a jeweler and get a ring guard! They only cost about $7-$10 and the jeweler can attach it right to your ring while you wait. It's basically an attachment that makes the ring smaller without having to resize the ring yet! That way you…

I just tried Greek yogurt the other day! I got Chobani vanilla with honey. It was amazing! I think that's a great one to start with if you're just trying it! Not too plain but plain enough to get you started. I even put some Fiber One Honey Clusters Cereal in it and it was SO GOOD!! :D

Oh, try this: At the top of your news feed there is a link that says SUMMARY or VIEW ALL UPDATES. Try clicking VIEW ALL UPDATES if that's not what is clicked. ;)

Kao is exactly right. For example, I only show my weight loss posts, status updates, blogs, and exercise and diary posts. I hide everything else even though I'm on the site all day posting on messageboards and people's pages. ;)

It took about 20 pounds myself. Some days I still don't see a difference and then other days I look in the mirror and smile a little bit and feel great. It still depends on the day sometimes for me here. My self image is still a work in progress right now.

I have mine set to where my friends can view it. Happy medium since I know who is viewing it and my friends are able to offer me advice and keep me accountable. :)

Congratulations! That is awesome! Keep up the great work! :) Feel free to add me. I'm always looking to trade encouragement and support.

I've had the game for a bit over a week now so I thought I'd join in on the fun. Not too shabby for a beginner, I guess! I will keep practicing! :) Jump The Line: 7097 Wake Me Up Before You Go Go: 10251 Walk Like An Egyptian: 8640

I think that's great! It may seem silly because it's your armpit but it's still a great NSV! Soon you'll be posting about other parts of your body that you've loved watching disappear! Keep up the great work!! :)

That is very sweet. Although I never liked that song, I think the lyrics are very special. You are beautiful, too. :flowerforyou: I also must say I love your motto of "cherish every 0.01 lb lost!"

My whole goal was 80 pounds in total and I already knocked a chunk off. I'm always looking for friends with similar goals! Feel free to add me! (Anyone can!)

The exercise database is just an average and doesn't take into account your personal details as far as I'm aware. I would personally trust the numbers on the bike as they should be more accurate. Some exercise machines in the gym even allow you to enter your weight and that would be most accurate if you don't have a HRM.…
