There are lots of ways to get protein besides meat. beans soy products dairy (cheese, yogurt, milk, etc) energy bars Maybe you just need some different recipes to cook your meat, too. I get sick of foods because I make the same things all the time. Maybe you could try some new recipes and eat your meat in different ways?

I set mine at 2 pounds because I really want to lose weight and I think I still have a decent amount to lose. Sometimes I lose more and sometimes I lose less.

Absolutely not. Sometimes I drink more than 20 cups a day. Eight 8oz glasses is average for most people but other factors can change it like your climate, how much exercise you get, and lots of other things. I find this very useful to me. It's a water calculator based on a lot of these factors.…

I agree, why not take it a couple pounds at a time? You can always readjust your goal at any time. I honestly think that 140 seems too low considering your picture but you never know how you'll feel now when you get there.
