  • I've read many, many articles about this topic. Not good news when I HAVE to sit down for 12 hours a day at my job :(
  • After being together for almost 12 years with a great women, and deciding that it still wasnt what I wanted, I love being single (not to be confused with being alone )
  • This scare campaign against aspartame has been around for ages. There is nothing wrong with the stuff, none of these stories will like to any reputable scientific articles. Sugar is far worse for you. Now if you want to talk about the damage ALL soda does to your teeth, that's a different story. The acid in these drinks…
  • Your skin will slowly reshape itself. If you lose weight quickly you will have some flabby skin for awhile and it may not totally go away. If you're gonna lose about 60lbs I would guess most of your skin will be fine eventually, and what ever is left can easily be taken care of. Good luck of your journey.
  • Mine is open to friends and I log everyday. Anyone can add me :)
  • Breakfast is extremely important and should have a good serving of protein, carbs and fats. I never used to eat breakfast either but it gets much easier after awhile. I'm no great fan of those shakes and such. My normal breakfast is muesli with greek yogurt.

  • Sorry but you are so, so wrong. Again this is hold over from bad information from the 90's. Eating cholesterol does not get suddenly deposited on your arteries, it is broken down like everything else we eat. Also, there is nothing wrong with fat in moderation, eggs contain some of the healthiest fats. A balanced diet is…
  • Hey all. I started out with about 50 kilos to lose. I lost 25 then gained 10 and am heading back down again. Never give up, there are always speed bumps along the way. Feel free to add me, my diary is open.
  • Weekly calories is a great idea. I've read many articles stating the benefits of varying your daily intake. Such as having a high day then a low day and continuing the cycle, for example I'll try to alternate between 1800 - 2000 cals. Also as was said before, it means you can have a little blow out and make up for the next…
  • Hey everyone, my diarys open and am always looking for new friends to get ideas off. Feel free to add me
  • Hey all Mike, 30, from Perth here. I lost a lot of weight about 2 years ago when I quit smoking. I fell off the band wagon after some personal problems in my life but have recently jumped back on. I am keen on weights, aerobics and yoga. Also love to do any activity that involves pushing myself to the limit. I am full of…

I stick to the basics. Multivitamin, fish oil ( cause I hate fish ), Vitamin D and a ZMA suppliment. The last two are a direct result of…
