Completed day 5 today - it seemed like more of a stuggle today then it's been but that's probably because I had a 5 yr old under my feet today. Half way thru level 1 and i can already see changes in my body! So Exciting!

I'm a little disappointed in myself - today should have been day 4 and I turned my alarm off rolled over and went back to sleep... That being said I'm gonna try to not be too critical, Thinking I'll go to the gym and do yoga tonight, reset my mind and get back at it tomorrow.

I completed day 3 today!! Got a few more jumping jacks and push ups than the day before so progress is good!! I am sore again today, but my muscles feel so tight (in a good way) and its amazing!
