So Sorry to hear, try taking a look at your sugars and carbs... I know everyone is different, I finally found that I lose weight when I limit my sugar and carb intake, I try to keep my carbs around 120 and sugars around 15-20. Also check your sodium - Lots of sodium will help you retain water and make the scale not budge.…

I finished day 7 today, I guess I'm a little behind everyone else but hey I'm getting there! Today was a little easier and I'm almost able to get thru the whole thing without stopping!! Yay Me! LOL My goal is to get thru the next 3 days without taking a day off so I can start Level 2 on Sunday.

I only lost 1 pound again, so that's 2 since we started - however I started the 30 day shred last monday and my measurements have shrunk and I know I'm gaining muscle which is heavier than fat, so I'm hoping in the next week or 2 it will show up on the scale :-)

I took yesterday off and finished day 6 today. My goal is to finish level 1 this week. I got thru a lot more of the cardio sessions today and more pushups. I must say even after 5 days I can see a difference in my body and that's motivation to keep going :-)
