5'1" and 164 - wearing US size 12 now. I wear a 10 at 150, an 8 at 140, a 4/6 at 130. Can't wait to see the clothes at 120. :)

I read the medical journals and studies continue to show that weight loss supplements don't make anything lighter but your wallet. Skip it I say. :)

As others have said, adjusting your goal may help a bit. I'll throw in that I'm 5'1" and I lose quite handily on 1300 cals/day. It's part speed (.5 vs 1 vs 2 lbs per week) and part metabolism. Why not fiddle with your number, try it for a few weeks, and see how it goes? You can adjust as you learn more about your body. SIS

Hi all, Nice to meet some other petite ladies. I'm looking forward to being petite in width, not just height! :) I've been losing for a few weeks now, down from 175 to 166.
