I find that weekend days are so much harder to stay on track. I did okay today but ate out for lunch and dinner. I did my shred early this morning. I guess no more sleeping in for this mama. Gotta get up and get it done before the baby wakes up. I'm feeling so good though...can't wait to see the results! Happy shredding! :)

I'm so sorry to hear. Like the others I would suggest calling or going to see your doctor. I haven't had any issues...maybe because I've been pumping the whole time. I completed day 5 this morning. I still struggle with the modified push ups. My arm strength is not good...but I can tell I'm getting stronger each day. My endurance has definitely improved! So excited to see the results at 30 days. :)

Just do whatever you can. My thighs were so sore yesterday and Tuesday. Hurt to climb stairs and sit and stand but today it doesn't really hurt at all. Once you get warmed up it will also hurt less. :) Good luck...you can totally do this!!!

I was pretty sore on day 2 and 3 but once I got warmed up it wasn't bad. I'd say just do what you can. At least you'll feel good about getting something done. :)
