Yes, I talked with my Dr. a few years back and his statement was that your brain NEEDS carbs. The way he put is was just watch those who are doing a low carb or even a no carb diet and wait and see. I too purchased a 2.5 pound hoop along with a 15 min DVD. I did the DVD the first day - big mistake. I should have started slow and worked up to the 15 minutes. The next day I did about 5 minutes. Today I tried using it and about screamed. I bruised myself pretty good and need to stop and let it heal. Once healed I will…

To much water can be very bad for you too. Flushes out the needed sodium and vitamins. 6-10 glasses a day are plenty unless you are counting Vita-waters as clear water. They tend to replenish your vitamins a bit.
