  • Cross country skiing all day. About 6 to 8 ours would burn 3600 calories. But you need to eat Extra too so you probably wouldn't lose the whole pound

  • I just started over too. Due to a family crisis I couldn't work out for 3weeks. Finally went to start over stage and could definitely tell I had lost some progress. Ugh. Oh well I plan to get through stage one this time

  • 3000+ while cross country skiing all day. Probably 1000 max at the gym by doing an hour cardio class like zumba or advanced step followed by an hour group strength or kickboxing. I've also burned a lot by a 5 hour hard hike but not sure how much.

  • I started with 30pounds for squats and made ift to 45 on 1a3 so far. For dead lifts I've done 50 60 and 70 so far. The 45 bar IS heavy. Just start where you can. I am having alot of trouble Oly bar on the squat rack if it's down on the floor from someone's deadlifting

My problem was setting the rack up for squats. I got the hooks on and the safety bars on but I could not get the Oly bar on the hooks. I was too weak…

  • On our lat machines the numbers go 10 20 30 40 etc. With 10 being the top bar in the stack. The weight where you put the pin in is the total weight you would lift. Same with seated row. Is it possible tompost a pic of what you are seeing?

  • My diary is open - I'm just starting to try to get protien counts up - i eat eggs, chicken, protien bars and sometimes do a protien drink. Last night ate an extra can of tuna and I have a bag of raw almonds in my drawer at work. It's still hard.
