i usually feel more sluggish and heavy during mine; I love that last day and the day right after because I have this great feeling of slimming down and tightening up! Then I settle back into my normal groove :grumble:

I use the little things like taking out the trash, walking to the mailbox, etc, to help account for any mis-logging of calories, like if i go a little over a serving size when pouring myself cereal, etc. I dont keep track of every little active thing; i don't think the exact numbers are that crucial (and, anyway, I don't…

I don't like the taste of green tea, so i take the extract pills with one or two meals a day. Hard to tell if it works, but I like to think it does :)

You don't have to run. I've heard that running a mile and walking a mile burn equal amounts of calories, just takes longer. For a full body exercise I love stationary rowing, but I guess that won't work if you don't have the equipment. I'm not much of a dieter either, but I love the tools here for just watching what I'm…

Also, not sure if y'all's schools offer this (hehe y'all's), but I've enrolled for a ballet class every semester. 3x a week, 75 minutes a class. They offer lots of these little classes, and it's nice that I'm enrolled for it, so i'm obligated to go and can't slack off and forget about it. Cooking's definitely big...I live…

I joined one of the groups for college students (just search under "groups" in the menu up top). Found that option right after posting my request for a college group..seems I should be more observant!
