Maybe it's your sodium intake... Also, make sure to weigh yourself at the same time. That makes a difference. Good luck! :)

I'm in the same boat sorta. I have to fight with myself to not weigh in everyday. Like this morning the scale was staring at me telling me to weigh in but I fought it off!! heh.

Just think of how many calories the chicken breast was, depending on that subtract those amounts. Like I know certain chicken breasts are like 110 for 4 ounces I believe (don't quote me on it). Also, try to remember how much cheese there was and around how much there was. I would look it up and then subtract those…

Thanks everyone for the advice! I want to lose at least 5-6 pounds by March 30th. So hopefully 30 day shred with give me great results. :) Also, some said that it didn't help with the weight loss... did it help with inches more?
