Today I loved the fact that I looked slimmer while looking in the mirror with no clothes on in the morning. MAKING PROGRESS! I love it! Can't wait to be at my goal weight!!!! 102 lbs to go!

Sorry about that... ^ didn't know how to do it...anyways... When I fall for the Chinese take out I order the happy family which is mixed vegetables.... It's way better than eating the lo mein or the fried rice!

Can't wait till next Tuesday for weigh ins and see every ones lost in the week.... So I put on my crest white strips while getting ready and instead of sitting down to wait and take them off I did 15 min of brisk walking and the other withmy hair and make up.... I will anyways do my 30min of excercise in the after noon…

How about we eliminate sugar and sweetes (excluding fruits) for one week..... See if it helps lose more weight

I usually do 30 min of excercise so today I did 45min.... I took the extra 5 took slow down.... Jomom2: there is a team thinking about doing daily challenges.... How would we be doing ours? In my opinion I think daily is too much but weekly gets boring.... How about we add a challenge every 3 to 4 days to spice things up…
