  • I just got my Paraguard removed. It IS possible for them to become embedded, so if you are having pain, I would definitely go see the doctor. I had mine removed after 4 years for fear of having complications... I had no reason to worry about it, I just didn't feel comfortable leaving it in that long.
  • I like Keurig alot, but we chose to buy a Flavia machine instead. It's like Keurig, but it uses pouches instead of cups. They have better hot chocolate than Keurig (Dove), and the coffee is just as good.

  • I work retail and my typical shift is 11-8, so I eat dinner around 9pm every day. Like others have said, I think what you eat (and how much) is more important than what time you eat it.
